Hi-Desert Ovations is honored to present an inaugural Standing Ovation Award to Nena Jimenez, a true cornerstone of our local theatre community. Nena’s unwavering dedication, kindness, and reliability make her an invaluable force behind the scenes. She is not only a steadfast supporter of multiple theatres across the high and low desert but also a go-to person whenever a role needs to be filled or a task needs to be done.
Her impact extends far beyond logistics—Nena brings encouragement, knowledge, reliability, and an uplifting spirit to every production she touches. Following her directorial debut in 2023, she has continued to grow and contribute in remarkable ways, strengthening our theatre community with her generosity and passion. Any theatre would be fortunate to have her as a volunteer, and we are honored to recognize her tireless contributions with this well-deserved Standing Ovation.
